Living Happily Is An Art

Want to learn the art of living happily throughout your life? Do not want depression and sadness to ever knock your door. Do not want to have the feeling of anxiety, fatigue and tiredness ever in your life. You can do it! You can make yourself the most happiest person on this earth. Small changes or some positive moves in your life can make your happy forever.

Many times it is found that we want others to change for us and try to change others to keep ourselves happy. But fail to do so and finally we make ourselves sad and unhappy. We expect a lot of things from others, but do not realize or even think if it would be possible for the other person or not. We want others to make us happy but this is totally wrong. We should not try to change others and even we cannot, we should try to bring positive changes in ourselves and bring happiness in our life. Trying to change others is mere a waste of time and also is out of our control, instead we can change ourselves and try to be happy; also it's in our hand.

Changing others will only irritate the other person and you might end up fighting with the person, which only will make you unhappy and depressed. Do not focus your attention on changing others focus on changing yourself.

Do not depress yourself with small things. Try to be happy and whenever you feel sad or depressed you can do something you enjoy doing. Remember depression will only make you unhappy and also there are many drawbacks of depression. It not only disturbs your brain but also it affects your physical health. Depression leads to many life threatening diseases like high blood pressure, heart diseases, mental instability and many more. Once you understand this, you will start learning to keep yourself happy.

There are many events which make us sad like failure in exam, losing job, accident and many other events. Whenever you feel sad try to keep yourself engage in doing something that makes you happy. Do not depend on others for your happiness, try to get it yourself.

Do not hunt for happiness just keep a positive lookout for your life and happiness will follow you. Long term sadness leads to depression and if you fell in the marshy land of depression it will be very difficult for you to come out of it. Try to learn the art of living happily and also teach it to others. Do not change any one just try to make a difference in you're and as well as their life by living happily.
