You should keep in mind that once you become sad you are prone to depression which is a mental disorder that leads to anxiety, fatigue, tension and restlessness. It will only harm you and your body and your physical health. Depression is a very serious mental disorder which is not so easy for everyone to overcome it. Once you are stuck in the marshy soil of depression you tend to go more and more deep inside it. Depression will take you towards tiredness; you will not want to do anything you like to. But if you do not want yourself to become depressed try not to take too much of tension and also try to avoid stress. It is not impossible to overcome depression but it's very difficult. You need to first identify that you have been caught by depression and then you need the support of your family and friends. Also if it has become severe you might need the help of a doctor. So try to be happy always and avoid all these problems related to depression and sadness. It is very difficult to be happy all the time for any human being.
